Kun-You graduated from Nation Taiwan University in 2016. In NTU, Kun-You worked for Prof. Pi-Tai Chou, focusing on the photophysics of organic and inorganic molecules in the condensed-phase. Utilizing different time-resolved techniques, Kun-You researched Excited-State Proton Transfer (ESPT) of 2,6-Azaindole at various timescales, while also investigating room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of organic molecules. While at UT Austin he worked on the development of novel BODIPY dyes for efficient visible light fueled polymerizations. After receiving his PhD he began as a Senior Scientist at Analytical Development, LGC Biosearch Technologies in Petaluma, CA.
