Henry obtained a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom) in 2019. Whilst studying abroad at UT Austin, Henry conducted research with Dr. Grant Willson on the synthesis and characterization of silicon-containing block copolymers that can self-assemble into a lamellae morphology for nanolithography applications. Upon returning to the University of Sheffield, Henry joined the group of Prof. Iain Coldham, where he worked on the synthesis and kinetic resolution of functionalized nitrogen heterocycles via lithiation. Henry was delighted to return to The University of Texas, where he obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry under the supervision of Dr. Zak Page. He now works as a Postdoc at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
