Evan attended Loyola University Chicago, where he received a B.S. in Chemistry in 2022 and a M.S. in Chemistry in 2023. While at Loyola, Evan conducted research for Dr. Daniel Becker as a Mulcahy Research Fellow. His work focused on designing and synthesizing novel druglike molecules for use as antibiotics. Prior to starting at UT Austin, he was employed as an analytical chemist. Evan is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at UT Austin under the advisement of Dr. Zak Page.
