Emma Medlock

Emma received a B.S. in chemistry from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. During her time there, she worked with Dr. John Unger on the development of a library of N-heterocyclic carbenes derived from chiral amino acid dude chains for the reduction of 2H-azirines. Emma is now pursuing her Ph.D. in chemistry under Dr. Zak Page, working on the synthesis of new hydrogel materials and their application in 3D printing.
