Carter is from McKinney, Texas, and studied Biology in the College of Natural Sciences at UT Austin. Carter joined the Page Group in January 2022 as an undergraduate research assistant. He worked on interpenetrating polymer networks. With the group, he sought to further develop his research skills and learn more about polymer chemistry. Outside of the lab, Carter enjoys playing/watching basketball, playing piano, learning/practicing Spanish, and traveling.
